We do not sell personal information, and we do not use health information for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to deliver the service — with the ordering or reviewing clinician, the performing laboratory, the mobile phlebotomist assigned to your visit, and payment processors — or when required by law.

Security and retention

Access to records is restricted to authenticated account holders and authorized personnel. Result files are delivered through time-limited secure links. Records are retained as required by applicable medical recordkeeping laws.
