By booking a visit or using Solia Health, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Service scope
Solia coordinates mobile specimen collection, laboratory testing, and secure result delivery. Solia is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility and accuracy
You must be 18 or older, or the parent or legal guardian of the patient, and you agree to provide accurate patient, contact, and address information.
Scheduling, access, and cancellations
You are responsible for providing safe access at the scheduled time. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled subject to the notice period shown at booking; missed visits may incur a fee.
Pricing and payment
Mobile collection visits and laboratory panels are priced and billed separately unless stated otherwise. Additional travel pricing may apply where configured. Payment is authorized at booking.
Results
Results are released as the performing laboratory reports them and are made available in your secure account. Discuss results with a licensed clinician. Call 911 for emergencies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Solia's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service.
