Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated August 1, 2026
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how Solia Health handles consumer health data under state consumer health data privacy laws.
Health data we collect
We collect the health data needed to coordinate testing: the panels or provider order you submit, patient demographics, collection details, specimen status, and laboratory results returned to your account.
Why we collect it
Health data is used to schedule and complete your collection visit, route specimens to the performing laboratory, deliver results securely, and support you if something goes wrong.
Sharing health data
Health data is shared only with the ordering or reviewing clinician, the performing laboratory, the assigned phlebotomist, and service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell health data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You may request access to your health data, request a list of third parties it was shared with, withdraw consent, or request deletion, subject to laboratory and medical recordkeeping requirements.
Submit requests to privacy@soliahealth.com. We verify identity before responding and will confirm when a deletion is complete.
Security
Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to authorized personnel, and result files are delivered through time-limited secure links.
