Solia does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No action is required to opt out of a sale that does not occur.

If you would still like a written confirmation or wish to submit a formal opt-out request, email privacy@soliahealth.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".

Limit the use of sensitive personal information

Health information is used only to deliver the service you requested. You may email privacy@soliahealth.com to request that we limit any additional use.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to medical recordkeeping requirements. Requests are verified before they are processed.

Authorized agents and appeals

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.
